Responsibilities include actively offering and selling treatments to customers, greeting and receiving patients while briefing them on services provided, communicating effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to explain services to customers, preparing invoices for patients, recording all purchases in the system and in Excel, scheduling appointments for patients, sending appointment reminders to patients via phone, WhatsApp/SMS, and email, answering calls in a professional and clear manner, and assisting with marketing activities such as creating videos and reels for Instagram. Qualifications required are a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a five-star hotel, experience in Front Office, Marketing, and Sales, fluency in English, the ability to meet sales targets, a minimum of D3 (associate degree) in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or an Administrative major from a reputable university, administrative skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency in Ms. Excel, good communication skills, a good command of English, and being a good team player.
