Responsibilities include maintaining property cleanliness, orderliness, and comfort in line with established standards, assisting guest check-in and check-out procedures, delivering friendly and professional service and information to guests, helping fulfill guest needs during their stay, ensuring rooms and property areas remain clean, tidy, and ready for use, coordinating with relevant teams to support smooth property operations, making sure property facilities and equipment are well organized, reporting damage, issues, or repair needs to the appropriate parties, and maintaining service quality and guest comfort throughout their stay at the property. Qualifications: Gender: Male / Female. Education: Minimum high school or equivalent. Age: 18-30 years. Appearance: Neat, clean, polite, and professionally casual. Experience: Background in housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality field preferred. English ability: Basic. Computer skills: Ability to operate a computer is an advantage.
