Your Primary Objective ATI Business Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Support Specialist to join its finance team, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) automation systems. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, maintaining adherence to financial regulations, facilitating smooth system operations, and offering insights for process improvements. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and effective communication are essential for this position. Your Key Responsibilities Triage and process invoices within the AP/AR automation system while maintaining data accuracy. Identify and resolve data entry errors in accordance with supplier or invoice rules. Communicate clearly across multiple platforms to flag system or invoice issues. Validate automated invoicing processes for accuracy and compliance with GST requirements. Offer feedback and suggestions for workflow or system enhancements. Qualifications Strong English proficiency, especially in writing and reading comprehension, for daily client interaction. Skilled in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive approach to ensure seamless process automation. Capable of cross-checking and validating automated invoicing outputs. A background in accounting or finance is preferred. Knowledge of GST and its application in invoicing. Experience with AP/AR processes or automated platforms (training will be provided if necessary). Open to working shifting schedules (24/7), including public holidays and weekends. Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang.
