The position manages daily petty cash, performs bank reconciliations, and handles routine banking transactions. It also maintains accurate journal entries, organizes physical and digital financial documents, and ensures proper recordkeeping. The staff member coordinates with internal teams (Purchasing, Sales, and Admin) for invoice verification and payment approvals, assists with preparing routine monthly financial reports, and carries out other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements include a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, plus a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in daily finance operations, AP/AR, or general accounting. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data management) and familiar with standard accounting and financial documentation. Strong attention to detail, high accuracy with numbers, good integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are expected.
