REQUIREMENTS: Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. Must have at least 5–8 years of experience in Finance, with a minimum of 2–3 years at Supervisor/Manager level. Experience managing finances across multiple business unit/SBU structures or holding companies is considered a plus. Skilled in cash flow management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and investment. Must demonstrate strong integrity, discretion, and a sense of ownership when managing company funds. Should possess a prudent approach to financial decision-making while remaining capable of making fast decisions as business demands require. Good understanding of asset management, fund management, investment, and financial risk management. Experienced in making decisions based on risk-return considerations rather than simply following fund usage requests. Must be able to protect the confidentiality of company financial information and highly confidential financial data. Should demonstrate maturity in handling high-value financial transactions and be trustworthy in managing sensitive financial information and decisions. Must exhibit sound personal financial discipline and strong financial awareness as part of the character needed to oversee large-value funds. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Ability to develop, control, and monitor consolidated holding cash flow, including cash inflow, cash outflow, cash position, and funding needs for each SBU. Capable of conducting financial forecasting and projections for short-term, medium-term, and long-term needs. Able to perform financial analysis on every fund usage request from each SBU prior to approval. Understands capital allocation concepts and can set fund usage priorities based on urgency and contribution to the business. Capable of scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to anticipate changes in business conditions and cash needs. Skilled in financial risk management, particularly related to liquidity risk, operational risk, and fund usage risk. Capable of monitoring and controlling fund usage in alignment with budget, business plan, and approved guidelines. Exposure to investment, treasury, capital allocation, or corporate finance preferred. Understands investment instruments along with principles of risk-return, liquidity, and diversification. Ability to build financial dashboards/reporting that provide Management with visibility into the financial position of the Holding and each SBU. Capable of providing financial recommendations to Management/Owner based on analysis of needs, benefits, risks, and the company's financial capability.
