Jobtitle: Financial Analyst Coordinator — Work Location: Onsite East Jakarta — Status: Global, Indonesia **Summary of Position** The Financial Analyst Coordinator oversees the analysis of the company's financial performance, the preparation of strategic financial reports, and the delivery of data-driven recommendations to aid executive decision-making. **Duties, Functions and Responsibilities** **Financial Analysis & Reporting** - Draft parent company financial statements and prepare consolidated financial statements - Produce quarterly consolidated financial reports following the agreed format - Prepare tax reports for the parent company - Reconcile Intercompany Transactions - Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to evaluate company performance - Detect trends, variances, and key financial indicators affecting business performance - Build dashboards and financial summaries for management reporting using Accurate System - Produce parent company reports required by the government **Forecasting & Budgeting** - Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts alongside school controllers - Monitor actuals compared to budget and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights - Refresh forecast models to account for changing business conditions **Financial Modeling** - Create and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and business scenarios - Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the potential impact of business decisions **Strategic Planning Support** - Aid in shaping long-term business strategies through financial insight and risk assessment - Take part in strategic discussions, contributing data-driven perspectives on growth opportunities and cost optimization - Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership - Address ad hoc financial inquiries from executives and stakeholders with clear, concise analysis **Internal Controls & Compliance** - Ensure all financial practices comply with corporate policies and external regulatory standards - Identify and mitigate financial risks through proper controls and documentation **Minimum Job Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 1 year in a business development role **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required** - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Proficient in financial tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Good business acumen with the ability to link data to strategy - Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights - Leadership experience and ability to collaborate across teams - High attention to detail and accuracy - Effective time management and ability to work under pressure - Adaptable and eager to learn new tools or trends in finance - Willing to move other area
