Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, with demonstrated experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role. Strong BIG 4 background is MANDATORY, with experience in audit, accounting advisory, or transaction-related services preferred. Extensive industry experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing is required. CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred; ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting certification counts as an advantage. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are expected. Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Indonesian Taxation is necessary. Brevet A & B certification is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and management reports. Thorough understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and practices. Proficient with e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-PPh, and CoreTax systems. Good understanding of PPh Article 21, 23, 25, and 4(2) calculations and applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate Accounting Software. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Current knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team management abilities.
