Responsibilities: Coordinate with Finance AR to schedule effective and efficient collections. Responsible for collecting payments directly from customers. Deposit collection results directly to the bank or to the Finance AR team. Report collection results to Finance AR. Meet visit and collection targets. Responsible for maintaining, safeguarding, and submitting collection documents to Finance AR, including invoices, invoice equivalents (receipt exchange receipts, credit notes, or similar documents), and deposit proof. Qualifications: Minimum education of high school or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience as a collector. Able to report collection results to the finance AR team. Capable of managing invoice documents. Holds SIM A & SIM C licenses. Has firm communication skills. Experienced in negotiating with customers. Attentive and accustomed to working on the go. Willing to conduct collections in Depok and South Jakarta areas.
