1. Checking or monitoring customers of the company who have installment payment issues not paid on time. 2. Conducting direct collection from customers who are overdue in paying their installment obligations. 3. Preparing daily reports to supervisors or collection heads regarding experiences in handling customers. 4. Negotiating with customers who have outstanding installments to ensure prompt payment of their installments. 5. Retrieving goods when needed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. 6. Preparing daily visit reports. 7. Providing valid proof of payment receipt directly to customers at the time Field Collection receives the payment.
