Responsibilities include collecting payments from partners according to established targets, conducting direct field visits for payment follow-up, and maintaining effective communication and negotiation with partners. The role involves prioritizing and strategizing collection efforts based on partner conditions, regularly monitoring and following up on payments, and ensuring all collection activities and visits are recorded in the system. Portfolio quality must be maintained through effective resolution of overdue amounts, while collaborating with the team to achieve recovery targets. Qualifications required include a minimum education of SMA/SMK/D3, with fresh graduates welcome if they possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Prior experience in collection, field collection, sales, lending, fintech, banking, or microfinance is considered an added advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Candidates should be accustomed to working with targets and data, willing to perform field/mobile work, and must own a personal vehicle and hold a SIM C. The ability to use a smartphone and work applications for reporting and task submission is required. Strong work stamina and the capacity to handle diverse partner character types are expected.
