Position based in Jambi. Responsible for field visits and debt collection with debtors having arrears of more than 20 days. Negotiates effective payment options so clients fulfill their obligations. Monitors payment commitment promises and follows up consistently. Conducts investigations to locate debtors who cannot be found at their home or office. Verifies field data (address and phone number) to ensure company database accuracy. Reports visit results in real time through the collection system and discusses field obstacles with supervisor. Coordinates with the internal collection team on effective debtor handling strategies. Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Must reside in or have good knowledge of the working area. Highly persistent and target-oriented. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
