Responsibilities: - Collect payment from partners according to set targets. - Conduct on-site visits for payment follow-ups. - Establish good communication and negotiation with partners. - Set priorities and collection strategies based on partner conditions. - Perform routine payment monitoring and follow-ups. - Ensure all collection activities and visits are recorded in the system. - Maintain portfolio quality through effective resolution of overdue payments. - Collaborate with the team to achieve recovery targets. Qualifications: - Minimum high school/vocational school/diploma, open to fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in collection, field collection, sales, lending, fintech, banking, or microfinance is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Familiar with working under targets and with data. Willing to perform field/mobile work. - Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C). - Able to use a smartphone and work applications for reporting and task submission. - Good work resilience and able to handle various partner characters.
