The Field Collector role, or West Java Regional Collection Officer, is responsible for directly handling debt collection from customers, whether through in-person visits or telephone communication. Key duties include gathering customer data, evaluating credit risk, ensuring compliance with collection procedures, and maintaining positive customer relationships to meet established collection targets. Additionally, officers are responsible for managing collection information and reports accurately and on time. Candidates must have a high school or vocational school education background, hold an active SPPI (Surat Penetapan Pejabat Penagih), and have between 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related field. Skills in customer service, risk assessment, data collection, negotiation, risk management, telephone collection, and fee collection are highly preferred.
