Position in the field responsible for sourcing and recruiting prospective new AmarthaLink agents, explaining the benefits and mechanics of AmarthaLink to potential agents, assisting with activation and use of the AmarthaLink application, maintaining good relationships with existing agents, monitoring and encouraging agents to remain active in transactions, reporting work results and target achievements to supervisors, and working on the ground to reach acquisition and transaction targets. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma education; at least 6 months of experience as an acquisition salesperson in banking, telco, retail, or FMCG; familiar with the assigned area; owning a two-wheeled vehicle with an active SIM C; ability to use MS Excel / Google Sheet; ready for field work covering the entire Purwakarta area; possessing a motorized vehicle. Benefits: Take home pay of 4.550.000 with monthly incentives based on performance achievement.
