Factory Manager needed requiring a minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic manufacturing holding roles such as Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Production Manager. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of Plastic Injection Molding, Decoration, Assembly, and Packaging processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, OEE, TPM, ISO 9001, and ERP systems is highly preferred. The role calls for strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with the capacity to communicate effectively within a professional and manufacturing setting. Position is based in Cikarang Pusat.
