Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above, ideally in Transportation/Logistics Management. Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company. Knowledge of forwarding documents, processes, and workflows. Understanding of Import/Export regulations regarding all equipment and materials. Able to operate CEISA 4.0. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset. Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Highly accountable and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines. Takes ownership of customer issues and follows through until resolution. Willingness to learn new skills and grow professionally as the company develops.
