The role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring students have the best possible experience at CIE, monitoring student progress, and communicating regularly with parents. There is also a focus on developing professional skills through workshops, training, and self-study. Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for English or Teaching majors, and demonstrate strong English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level. The position requires genuine enthusiasm for working with students and caring about their growth. Candidates should be well-groomed, well-dressed, and able to maintain a professional appearance while displaying positive body language, a good attitude, and proper etiquette. Working hours span Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm. Holding a TOEFL or IELTS certificate is a significant advantage, as is having experience teaching IELTS or TOEFL exam preparation. Those located outside Batam must be willing to relocate to the city. On-the-job training will be provided.
