BaliSuperHost is looking for a qualified and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their team based in Ubud, Bali. Job Description: Oversees daily engineering and maintenance operations across villa properties; ensures electrical, plumbing, AC, water heater, and mechanical systems are functioning properly; coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; leads and monitors engineering staff performance; responds promptly to technical issues and guest complaints; maintains safety standards and operational efficiency. Requirements: Minimum SMK/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred); minimum 2 years of experience in an Engineering Supervisor or similar role within the hotel/villa industry; strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, pumps, and building maintenance; good leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure and handle emergencies; basic English communication skills; must be based in Ubud or Gianyar Regency.
