Avalon Electric is a design & build contractor based in Jakarta, specializing in Lighting & HVAC (VRV/ VRF, AHU, Chiller, Single Split) for Residential & Commercial projects in Jakarta. The company is looking for a competent and experienced Electrical Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on projects. Candidates are expected to have strong technical skills, work effectively within a team, and uphold safety and work quality standards. Responsibilities include: 1) Carrying out electrical installation work for lighting and AC projects according to working drawings and established technical specifications. 2) Ensuring all electrical installations comply with applicable safety standards and regulations. 3) Performing maintenance and repair of electrical systems on ongoing projects, including ensuring a stable and safe power supply. 4) Reading and understanding engineering drawings and documents related to electrical installations and other systems. 5) Conducting testing and verification of electrical installations after installation to ensure everything functions properly. 6) Performing regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to prevent damage that could affect project progress. 7) Assisting in troubleshooting electrical issues on-site and providing accurate and timely solutions. 8) Coordinating with project teams and related subcontractors to ensure smooth on-site work execution. 9) Reporting work progress to superiors and documenting each completed task. Qualifications: 1) Minimum education of SMK Listrik/Elektronik or D3 Teknik Elektro. 2) Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrical technician, preferably with construction project experience, particularly related to Lighting & AC Systems. 3) Good knowledge of electrical system installation and maintenance in construction projects. 4) Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications related to electrical installations. 5) Understanding of applicable occupational safety standards (K3) in electrical system installation and maintenance. 6) Ability to work effectively with electrical tools and equipment. 7) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to complete tasks on time. 8) Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. 9) Possession of a K3 Listrik certificate (if available) is an added advantage. 10) Able to work independently or as part of a team, with high integrity and responsibility. 11) Willing to work on-site and follow flexible project schedules. 12) Honest, neat, principled, polite, and "no Drama."
