E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Staff for PT CENTURY JIAYUAN TRADING, tasked with overseeing and tracking sales performance across multiple online platforms and marketplaces. Responsibilities include monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and producing performance reports; evaluating marketplace results based on GMV, revenue, ROI/ROAS, transaction count, conversion rate, traffic, and additional metrics; tracking the performance of products, campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts, and marketplace programs; identifying top-performing and underperforming products; coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to maintain smooth online sales operations; supporting the development of strategies to boost online sales, traffic, conversion, and marketplace performance; assessing content and campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements; and carrying out other digital marketing duties as required by the company. Qualifications: minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, Digital Marketing, Online Sales, or Content Creation preferred; fresh graduates may apply if they have marketplace management experience; familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or comparable platforms; understanding of foundational GMV, ROI/ROAS, conversion rate, sales performance, and marketplace metrics; analytical abilities with the capacity to work toward targets; detail-oriented, accountable, good communication skills, and capable of working independently and within a team.
