Responsibilities include managing efficient and effective distribution to customers in line with current distribution SOP and guidance principles from the network and distribution function. The role involves identifying qualified third-party transporters and proposing them to relevant parties. Facilitating the development of competent human resources and a conducive working environment is part of the job. Conducting an effective risk management process and promoting risk awareness are also required. Requirements: S1 degree in Economy, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale. At least 3 years of working experience in logistic distribution, with expertise in planning and scheduling of goods delivery; preferably from the Oil or Liquid Chemical Industry. Strong leadership, detail-oriented mindset, good analytical skills, good communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Placement: Stagen, South Kalimantan (No Roster).
