Requirements: Must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Technical Support, or a comparable function. Solid understanding of Windows OS, hardware and software installation, along with troubleshooting. Has experience troubleshooting PC/laptop, printer, network, and peripheral devices. Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and basic IT support tools. Familiar with basic LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting. Capable of carrying out hardware and software maintenance as well as managing IT-related incidents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Can work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Willing to work onsite and deliver direct support to end users.
