Qualifications: 1. Minimum education of SMA/SMK, D3, or S1. 2. Experience in collection or debt recovery work. 3. Understanding of debt collection processes and accounts receivable administration. 4. Ability to produce daily and weekly reports. 5. Skills in communication, coordination, and team coaching. 6. Used to working with targets. 7. Willing to be placed wherever the company requires. Professional and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring achievement of branch receivables collection targets. 2. Monitoring and following up on consumer payments. 3. Preparing daily and weekly receivables progress reports. 4. Overseeing team compliance with collection standard operating procedures (SOP). 5. Assisting with receivables data analysis to identify potential default risks. 6. Providing direction, supervision, and coaching to the collection team. 7. Coordinating with the marketing, finance, and operations divisions to ensure consumer data completeness and smooth collection processes.
