Qualifications: 1. Minimum education D3/S1 (all majors may apply based on experience). 2. Experience in receivables operations, motorcycle collection, or multipurpose financing. 3. Understanding of credit risk analysis and receivables handling strategies. 4. Leadership, coaching, and team monitoring skills. 5. Ability to work with targets and strong analytical skills. 6. Supervise all collection/receivables division operations at the branch. 2. Ensure consumer follow-up and payment reminders run on time. 3. Monitor achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. 4. Evaluate receivables outstanding and prepare resolution strategies. 5. Compile periodic operational reports and receivables progress. 6. Provide direction, coaching, and evaluation to the collection team. 7. Coordinate with related divisions to maintain receivables portfolio quality and minimize credit risk.
