Data Center Facility Engineer with immediately available status at PT GST. Responsibilities: Follow data center operation and maintenance standard procedures to complete daily inspections of the server room and supporting areas, monitoring high and low voltage power distribution, UPS, batteries, precision air conditioning, chillers, fire protection, security, and environmental monitoring systems; record operating parameters in real time and promptly report abnormalities or potential hazards. Assist maintenance engineers with daily infrastructure upkeep, cleaning, and debugging. Cooperate with monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance, follow up on third-party service provider on-site maintenance, and provide full on-site supervision to ensure compliant maintenance execution. Monitor environmental indicators including temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and power supply daily, ensuring the server room environment meets equipment operating standards and adjusting basic environmental parameters promptly to prevent environmental anomalies from impacting equipment operation. Manage documentation including maintenance and inspection logs, equipment operation ledgers, fault handling records, and inventory entry/exit registrations, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, clarity, and full traceability. Use office software proficiently to organize maintenance data, generate daily maintenance reports, assist in archiving and classifying maintenance materials, and collaborate with the team on maintenance data review and analysis. Handle registration, inventory, and management of infrastructure-related spare parts, consumables, and tools with proper inventory control and sufficient, properly stored maintenance materials. Enforce the data center access control system, managing registration and control of personnel, equipment, and materials entering and leaving the data center to maintain order and ensure physical security. Cooperate with the team on infrastructure failure emergency responses, complete basic operations per the emergency plan, assist engineers in troubleshooting simple faults, shorten fault handling time, and reduce business impact. Participate in data center emergency drills and security training to master basic emergency operation procedures. Complete additional data center facility operation and maintenance support tasks assigned by superiors, cooperate with the team on cross-departmental collaborative tasks, and follow work arrangements and shift schedules. Requirements: Associate's degree or above with relevant Data Center Infrastructure management experience. Minimum two years of work experience in the same area. Must be able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Mandarin Chinese. Familiar with operating technology and status of major HVAC professional system equipment for maintenance and repair work. Familiar with operating technology and status of major equipment in electrical professional systems for maintenance and repair work. Familiar with basic knowledge of IDC infrastructure air conditioning and power distribution, as well as IDC data center operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills, document organization skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Stable personality, down-to-earth, meticulous, with clear thinking; strong analytical and learning abilities, and able to adapt quickly to changes. Able to proactively identify problems, provide timely feedback, and summarize findings promptly.
