Customer Services & Translator MANDARIN (Semarang) at PT Lehe Foods Indonesia Trading Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Qualifications: 1. Based in Semarang 2. Fluent in Mandarin, with a minimum level equivalent to HSK Level 4 or higher 3. Open to fresh graduates 4. Strong speaking, reading, and writing abilities in Mandarin; proficiency in typing Mandarin characters is preferred 5. Prior knowledge of the F&B industry is considered a plus Responsibilities: 1. Liaise with clients using Mandarin as the communication language 2. Translate documents between Mandarin and Indonesian/English (such as contracts, official letters, and reports) 3. Serve as an interpreter during meetings or discussions 4. Support the company's various business operations (covering business development, customer service, and other departments) 5. Help the customer service team with order status questions, order modifications/cancellations, and inquiries related to payments 6. Help the customer service team with processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, resolving product complaints, and handling logistics irregularities 7. Help the customer service team with documenting customer inquiries as needed, delivering prompt feedback, and providing suggestions
