Job Description: 1. Handling information, requests and complaints regarding Telkomsel's service offerings for all Telkomsel customers. 2. Escalating customer issues that cannot be resolved through Cookies tickets or other designated media to the relevant function. 3. Service Operation Support. 4. Identifying and recording the purpose or issues of customers/prospective customers visiting GraPARI in the designated Telkomsel application. Qualifications: 1. Minimum D3 education in any field of study. 2. Able to communicate effectively and speak English. 3. Able to work independently as well as in a team. 4. Analytical mindset, detail oriented and capable of multitasking.
