Responsibilities: 1. Handle information requests, requests, and complaints regarding Telkomsel services for all Telkomsel customers. 2. Service Operation Support. 3. Identify and record the purpose or issues of customers/prospective customers visiting GraPARI in the application designated by Telkomsel.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum diploma (D3) in any major. 2. Able to communicate effectively and proficient in English. 3. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. 4. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
