Job Description 1. Provides information, handles requests and complaints regarding Telkomsel's services for all Telkomsel customers 2. Escalates unresolved customer issues through Cookies tickets or other designated media to the appropriate function 3. Service Operation Support 4. Identifies and records the purpose or concerns of customers and prospective customers visiting GraPARI in the application designated by Telkomsel Job Requirement 1. Minimum D3 education in any major, minimum GPA 3.00 2. Willing to be placed according to designated placement areas (Jabodetabek & Banten) 3. Good communication skills 4. Able to work independently and as a team member 5. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
