The Customer Service position involves delivering quality support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive experience during all interactions with the company. Key responsibilities include handling customer requests, complaints, and queries with professionalism, sharing accurate details about products, services, and programs, following up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved promptly, building positive relationships while providing a strong customer experience, and keeping precise records of customer and service-related information. Qualifications required are a minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or related position, fluency in English both in writing and speaking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset paired with effective problem-solving capabilities, solid organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
