Job Description: Offer competitive solutions for Air and Ocean freight to customers and overseas partners. Handle bookings with liners and airlines and liaise for shipment execution. Send pre-alerts to customers/agents for shipments. Monitor and check exim documents including Hscode and Lartas. Check PIB/PEB/Inward Manifest and collect DO from liner/agent. Follow up on any issues/inquiries from customers/agents. Manage daily shipment report. REQUIREMENTS: Education diploma from any field. Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position. Diligent, good attitude, and good interpersonal skills. Able to work with tight deadlines and detail-oriented. Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability.
