Qualifications: Male or female candidates with a maximum age of 29 years 11 months. Minimum height requirements: Female 150 cm, Male 155 cm (with proportional body weight). Must present a neat, attractive, and polite appearance. Minimum education of SMA/SMK equivalent (including Paket C); bachelor's degree holders are considered a plus. Strong communication skills and self-confidence required. Basic Microsoft Office ability expected. Desired character traits include diligence, thoroughness, honesty, discipline, and perseverance. Placement based on domicile. Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner; check pawned items according to standard operating procedures (SOP); execute pawn transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer transactions including payments, extensions, and settlements; provide clear explanations to customers regarding pawn processes and terms; work diligently and responsibly in every transaction.
