Qualifications We are looking for candidates who: Male or Female with a maximum age of 29 years and 11 months Minimum height required: Female: 150 cm Male: 155 cm (with proportional body weight) Presentable, well-groomed, and courteous appearance Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent (including Paket C); S1 graduates receive additional points Strong communication skills and self-confidence Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Desired character traits: Detail-oriented Diligent and persevering Honest and disciplined Placement aligned with the candidate's domicile Responsibilities As a member of the team, you will: Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Conduct pawned item inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) Carry out pawn transactions quickly, precisely, and accurately Handle customer transactions such as payments, renewals, and full payments Provide clear explanations to customers regarding pawn processes and terms Work diligently, attentively, and responsibly for every transaction
