Qualifications We are looking for candidates who: Male or female with a maximum age of 29 years and 11 months Have a minimum height of: Female: 150 cm, Male: 155 cm (with proportional body weight) Presentable, well-groomed, and courteous appearance Minimum education of high school/vocational school (including Package C), bachelor's degree graduates will be an added advantage Strong communication skills and self-confident Basic Microsoft Office skills Required character traits: Meticulous Hardworking and persistent Honest and disciplined Placement is based on domicile Responsibilities As part of our team, you will: Greet and serve clients in a friendly and professional manner Perform collateral inspections according to standard operating procedures (SOP) Execute pawn transactions quickly, accurately, and precisely Handle client transactions such as payments, extensions, and repayments Provide clear explanations to clients regarding pawn processes and conditions Work swiftly, carefully, and responsibly in every transaction
