Key responsibilities Include delivering required data and information to clients Oversee the complete new client onboarding process, covering everything from the first request through to final handover Organize and plan training sessions for clients Produce and compile transaction reports Act as the primary contact for all client-related information and handling of complaints Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Key Account Management, or comparable B2B customer-facing positions Open to overseas business travel Customer-focused and solution-oriented, possessing solid problem-solving and relationship management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage confidently and professionally with corporate clients Proactive, well-organized, self-driven, and capable of working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
