Job Description:
1. Handle information, requests and complaints regarding Telkomsel service offerings for all Telkomsel customers.
2. Service Operation Support.
3. Identify and record the purpose or issues of customers/prospective customers visiting GraPARI in the application designated by Telkomsel.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum D3 education in any major.
2. Able to communicate effectively.
3. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
4. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
