LAFIYE's internal creative production team seeks a Creative Producer & Editor Staff to handle the full campaign process from concept through shooting and final edit, producing work at a premium standard. The role extends beyond post-production; you will be present on set and behind the camera to ensure the final output remains faithful to the original, forward-thinking vision. Responsibilities include: (1) Pre-Production — developing campaign concepts with fully realized creative direction covering mood boards, references, production setups, visual approach, and delivery formats; (2) Production — executing shoots end-to-end from camera operation and lighting setup to on-set direction so every frame captured serves the campaign, while adapting quickly to changing circumstances and managing unforeseen issues with composure; (3) Post-Production — editing video content to a premium standard using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, translating campaign vision into final outputs through pacing, color, sound, and transitions, and delivering all assets on time, correctly formatted, and ready to publish. Qualifications: Female or Male, willing to work on-site at the office in East Jakarta. Proven 1-year experience in campaign production and video for fashion / beauty brands, not limited to personal projects. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Exceptionally detail-oriented from aspect ratios to color grading to final deliverables, with nothing slipping through the cracks. Basic understanding of camera and lighting equipment used in production. Highly disciplined with timelines; able to work efficiently without compromising quality and consistently meet production deadlines. Experimentally minded, willing to push the concept, try new approaches, and propose directions that have not been done before.
