Job duties include interpreting project briefs and working closely with the Singapore Sales team. Mentor Assistant Designers on artwork and check design outputs. Collaborate with Drafters on patterns, measurements, and technical specifications. Inspect materials, samples, and construction details prior to production. Liaise with Production and QC across cutting, sewing, finishing, and final inspection stages. Monitor project progress and assist in meeting deadlines, quality standards, and execution. Provide support and supervision to the team to maintain smooth project operations. Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel, Costume, or a related field. Solid knowledge of garments, fabrics, measurements, and basic pattern/construction. Capability to evaluate designs and convert ideas into producible costumes. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable leading a small team and coordinating across departments. Preferred experience includes background in costume, apparel product development, or factory production. Skills in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or CLO3D. Familiarity with embroidery, sublimation, plush, or character products. Placement: Batam, Kepulauan Riau
