About the position We are looking for a motivated Cook Helper to become part of our team at The Blaze Restaurant. As a Cook and Cook Helper, you will support kitchen operations and help ensure a quality dining experience for customers. This is a full-time role located in Bali. Key responsibilities Assist the chef and line cooks with food preparation tasks including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients Keep the work station clean and organised, making sure all equipment and tools are cleaned and stored correctly Support plating and presentation of dishes in line with the establishment's high standards Restock and replenish ingredients and supplies as required Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service Candidate requirements Proven experience as a Cook Helper or in a similar position within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Good manual dexterity along with the physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods Genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn and build new culinary skills A team-oriented individual with solid communication and collaboration abilities Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations What is offered At The Blaze, a supportive and rewarding work environment is provided.
