Looking for a Content Writer to produce clear, useful, search-oriented content for our clients. The role involves working closely with the SEO team to translate keyword research and strategy into content aligned with search intent, building trust, and supporting business objectives. This is a practical, hands-on writing position covering writing, editing, and refining content across blog posts, landing pages, and supporting website copy while maintaining high standards of quality, structure, and usefulness. Key responsibilities include producing SEO-focused content across blogs, landing pages, service pages, and occasional web copy; converting briefs, keyword targets, and outlines into drafts that match search intent; researching topics from credible sources with mandatory fact-checking; structuring content for readability through headings, scannability, and internal links where appropriate; updating and optimizing existing content based on performance data, SERP changes, or new direction; collaborating with the SEO Manager on topics, outlines, content calendars, and revisions; uploading or formatting content in a CMS such as WordPress when needed; and maintaining a consistent brand voice across clients and projects. Requirements include 1–3+ years of writing experience with SEO content preferred; strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail; ability to write in English and Indonesian for day-to-day work covering tools, drafts, and stakeholder needs; comfort researching unfamiliar topics and explaining ideas clearly; a basic understanding of on-page SEO including titles, headings, internal linking, and search intent; and reliable communication with the ability to meet deadlines. Nice to have: experience writing for agencies or across multiple brands and industries; familiarity with WordPress and simple formatting; understanding of E-E-A-T principles (experience, expertise, authority, trust); and comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research and outlining responsibly without copy-pasting.
