The company seeks a Senior Content Manager to join a passionate, collaborative team that plays a key role in ensuring successful releases, with no micromanagement and no bureaucracy, focusing on meaningful creative work, ownership, and reach. Key Responsibilities: Draft engaging and precise texts for game previews and game rules in English. Implement game rules for game clients. Work with structured file formats (XML/JSON) to incorporate visual and textual content elements into a product. Supervise the translation of game rules and documentation via platforms like Crowdin, maintaining consistency and adherence to layout and character limits. Partner with a cross-functional development team to refine and verify in-game content. Plan and oversee content delivery aligned with game development milestones and market launch schedules. Produce documentation that meets market requirements and international legal regulations. Develop names for games, game families, and built-in features, and assess their accessibility by researching market trends and trademark databases. Requirements: Experience in iGaming with a solid understanding of game mechanics and player engagement loops in slots or casino-style products. Organizational ability — tracking feedback, syncing with multiple stakeholders, and keeping documents and content well-maintained. Logical and structured thinking with the ability to organize information concisely and clearly. Capability to break down complex mechanics into engaging, easy-to-understand explanations for a non-technical audience. Strong written English — flawless grammar, attention to typos, and able to write both concisely and creatively. Experience producing user-friendly content for product and marketing purposes (UI descriptions, previews, help information, or launch communications). A knack for naming — able to create titles, features, and hooks that feel fresh, bold, and aligned with the product. Comfort working with text files and structured formats (XML/JSON). Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), with the ability to critically evaluate their output and apply it appropriately. Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities, resolve issues quickly, and continually seek ways to improve processes and efficiency. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, maintain clear communication throughout the game development process, and reliably deliver work on time. Nice to Have: Previous exposure to slot mechanics, mobile games, or casino-style content. Basic proficiency with Photoshop — navigating layers, updating fonts, and exporting polished visuals. Familiarity with Crowdin or similar translation/localisation management platforms. Experience working in IDEs (e.g., VSCode, WebStorm, Cursor) for light content verification or JSON editing.
