Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee building facilities, infrastructure, and auxiliary utilities to maintain consistent and dependable day-to-day operations Carry out routine inspections and upkeep of building facilities, covering electrical systems, HVAC/AC, plumbing, fire protection systems, generators, UPS, and other MEP facilities Liaise with contractors, vendors, technicians, and building management regarding maintenance, repair, and facility-related matters Ensure building facilities adhere to applicable safety, security, and operational standards Create and keep updated documentation concerning building maintenance, inspection, service reports, and facility inventory Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or equivalent as a minimum, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field At least 4–5 years of experience in Building Management, Facility Management, CME, MEP, or related fields Background in managing building facilities and infrastructure, especially electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems Capable of working independently while handling multiple tasks and priorities Open to conducting site visits and working outside the office as needed
