Oversee daily clinic operations including equipment and inventory upkeep, patient scheduling, and compliance with health and licensing regulations. Manage and assign schedules for clinic staff, track performance, handle customer complaints, and cultivate a disciplined and service-focused workplace environment. Achieve clinic targets through strategic planning and deliver precise reporting on sales, revenue, and operational KPIs. Requirements include 1–2 years of experience in the service industry with healthcare experience preferred, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, solid leadership and public speaking skills, effective communication and team coordination, a target-driven and detail-oriented work ethic, ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure with high initiative, plus familiarity with clinic operations, administration, licensing, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
