Position: Business Partner Collection (Field Collection) - Dumai Company: Amartha Primary responsibilities include: Collecting payments from partners according to assigned targets, conducting on-site visits to follow up on payments, establishing strong communication and negotiation with partners, developing collection priorities and strategies based on partner conditions, regularly monitoring and following up on payments, ensuring all collection and visit activities are logged in the system, maintaining portfolio quality through effective arrears resolution, and collaborating with the team to meet recovery targets. Requirements: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or D3 diploma, open to fresh graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills. Prior experience in collection, field collection, sales, lending, fintech, banking, or microfinance is considered an added advantage. Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Accustomed to working with targets and data. Willing to perform field-based/mobile work. Must own a personal vehicle and hold a SIM C license. Able to use a smartphone and work applications for reporting and task submission. Must demonstrate strong work endurance and the ability to handle various partner personalities.
