Position: Business Partner (Account Officer) - Sampang Area Company: Amartha Qualifications: Male / Female, maximum age 35 years, minimum education SMA/SMK, must own a personal motorcycle, open to candidates with or without experience including fresh graduates. Required qualities: good integrity, honesty, thoroughness, accountability, and strong communication skills. Willing to be placed wherever the company requires. Committed to Amartha's goal of improving the welfare of low-income households through microfinance services. Comfortable with challenges and field-based door-to-door marketing meeting prospective customers. Job Description: Identifying potential new customers to recruit into Amartha's programs. Providing household economic coaching to service members. Conducting surveys and analyzing the viability of financing applications in line with the system, procedures, eligibility requirements, and financing policies. Submitting recommendations to the financing committee. Facilitating weekly member meetings and service transactions.
