We are seeking an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee the work of employees at our company. The primary task involves ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting future strategic goals. The role also requires competencies in providing guidance for performance improvement by aligning company vision and culture. The objective is to ensure profitability of company activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: - Monitoring the marketing/business partner team regarding performance and target achievement - Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach established targets - Overseeing business processes including SOPs, both administratively and in the field - Responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Responsible for team solidity and capable of managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum Diploma education level - At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role - Experience leading more than 5-10 team members - Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) - Ability to compose sales & marketing strategies as a team guideline to reach targets - Must have a motorcycle and SIM C - Willing to be placed in Kandangan Required Competencies: - High discipline (integrity, honesty & transparency) - Strong communication & team collaboration skills - High learning spirit, especially for analyzing information and data - Easily adaptable to changes and target-oriented - Capable of building a coaching culture to improve team performance Benefits: 1.
