Looking for an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and oversee employee work at our company. Primary duties involve ensuring business operational efficiency and setting forward-looking strategic goals. Additionally, must be competent in guiding performance improvement by combining company vision and culture. The aim is to ensure profitability of company activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: Monitoring marketing/business partner teams regarding performance and target achievement Conducting market reviews and implementing strategies to reach established targets Responsible for business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field Responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity Responsible for team cohesion and able to manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements Minimum final education of Diploma Experience leading and managing teams for at least 2 years Experience leading more than 5-10 team members At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred) Able to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team guide to achieve targets Owns a motorcycle Willing to be stationed in Tanah Sereal Required Capabilities: High discipline (integrity, honest & transparent) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams High learning spirit, especially for analyzing information and data Adaptable to changes and target-oriented Able to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
