Responsibilities: Monitoring marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement. Conducting market review and executing strategies to reach established targets. Overseeing business processes including SOPs, both administratively and in the field. Responsible for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity. Maintaining team cohesion and managing internal team conflicts in accordance with company regulations. Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree. Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Leader (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred). Ability to compile sales & marketing strategies as a team reference to achieve targets. Owns a motorcycle and valid SIM C. Willing to be placed in Kutasari.
