Requirements: Minimum education of Diploma III; experience managing a branch office; experience leading more than 5-10 team members; minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader (Grameen Bank / Microfinance institution experience preferred); ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies as a team guide to achieve targets; must own a personal vehicle and SIM C (motorcycle license); willing to be placed in Amartha's work area in West Nusa Tenggara Region, specifically East Lombok, Sumbawa, Bima, and Mataram. Responsibilities: Ensure all branch KPIs within the region are achieved; ensure branch operations in the area run through proper fulfillment and management of human resources; ensure expansion of designated managed areas proceeds smoothly; ensure portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and branch audit scores meet management expectations; uphold the principle of transparency at the branch.
