Ensure all branch KPIs within the assigned regional scope are met effectively and oversee branch operations across the area through proper staffing and human resource management. Guarantee that the designated expansion areas assigned to the company are managed smoothly. Maintain portfolio quality in line with company objectives and ensure branch audit scores meet management expectations. Uphold the principle of transparency at the branch level. Willing to be placed anywhere across Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Minimum educational background of Diploma III. Experience in taking responsibility for branch management required. Must have experience leading a team of more than 5-10 members. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Leader, preferably within a Grameen Bank system microfinance institution. Able to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward achieving targets. Must own a personal vehicle and possess a SIM C.
